Norman and his sister Doreen both went to Knightwick School. First a short stay between the 1st and 12th of July 1940. While with their grandparent's John and Lucy Jones at the Post Office Knightwick. Then from the 20th October 1940 until the 21st May, 1941. They were then living at 4 Council House, Lulsley, Worcestershire and their father Reginald Lloyd Jones, was a Police Constable. Their previous school was Pitmaston Road Junior, Hall Green, Birmingham. Which they returned to.
