My Great-grandfather *John Holland was their eldest son. He married Jane Ingram on 24th July, 1870. Jane was the daughter of William and Mary Ingram, her father William's occupation was Journeyman Jeweller. Their son (my Grandfather) **John Holland married Rose Rouse on the 8th February, 1897. Rose was the daughter of Edward and Rose Rouse, her father Edward's occupation was Labourer. And their son (my Dad) John Edward Holland married (my Mum) Doris Eliza Jones on the 16th April 1938. Dad worked first on the railways and then as a Postman.
