Haywood Cottage (1960). Probably belonged to the Grubhams' possibly to Eliza's sister Fanny Berry who would have been Lucy's (my Grandmother's) Aunt. The house came to the family and Grandfather, John William Jones, lived there after his wife Lucy died and after he had remarried to Mary Doman. John died 9th December, 1956, (aged 79) and when this photo was taken Mary still lived there. She later sold the house and moved with a friend to a seaside resort. The name has been changed since and it is now called Haywood House and has been extended.
