This photograph was shown in the Berrows Worcester Journal (Gratis Supplement) on Saturday 29th May, 1926. The event was a Scout Rally at Perdiswell , Worcester and described the photo as the Suckley and District Girl Guides.

The far right is the Captain, Mrs. J. Walker, who formed the Knightsford Bridge Guides in 1919 after she heard a talk on the movement by the Chief Guide.

On the far left is her Lieutenant, Miss F. M. Heath, then Headmistress of Knightwick School. Her nieces are also in the group, Mollie Heath is 1st from left (first row) and Majorie Heath 1st from right (second row) with glasses. Dorothy Bennett is centre of (first row) and May Griffiths is far right of (first row)

Standing third from the left on the back row is my mother Doris Eliza Jones later to be Mrs. Doris Holland and to be Postmaster of the Knightwick Post Office. I think that her cousin Mabel Grubham is the girl third from the right on the back row.

Middle row far right is Majorie Heath.
Bottom row left is Mollie Heath, centre Dorothy Bennett and right May Griffiths
