An old photo (Many thanks to Peter Walker) that shows Broadwas School and below it the house where the Skan family used to live. On the near side of the road a path is heading up to the house that my uncle and aunty, Frank and Amy Jones lived at and this was where they had the Esso petrol station. The direction of the A44 is towards Worcester, from Bromyard.

The A44 is a major road in the United Kingdom that runs from Oxford in southern England to Aberystwyth in west Wales.
