Here is the 45xx 2-6-2T no. 5545 and coach with inspectors from Gloucester, on the 22nd September, 1964, who were checking the line, rolling stock and buildings prior to the demolition of the railway. This was the last official train to Knightwick, the branch had already closed on the 7th September, 1964.
