Church Cottage where Ted and Joan Morris used to live before it was finally demolished to make way for two new houses that are there today, opposite what used to be St. Mary's Church, Knightwick.
Joan used to work at the Sanatorium when it was a TB Hospital. I used to play darts at the Talbot and we all used to love the way that Ted Morris would pitch his darts at the dart board, it was a sort of lazy throw and they would go high in to the air and drop down on to the board, with the flights pointing upward towards the ceiling. Originally Ted lived in Bridge Cottage, next door to the Post office where I lived with my parents Doris and Ted Holland.
