Ankerdine Tea Rooms (Many thanks to Garston Phillips for this old photo) I have talked to my sister about this building, we both believe that it was situated on the path toto the Ankerdine picnic area, called 'The Knob' and Josephine believes that our great auntie Esther Grubham worked here (Esther lived at the Laurels just below where this building was sited). I'm pretty sure that it was a prefab building and it is no longer in existence.
