Annie called herself Winnie as she did not like her name and was known as Auntie Winnie.
Also I believe she had a daughter Norah Ellison Jones - b. 24th June 1901. (Annie would have been 21 and when she was 27, she married, Rowland Wilkinson, on the 1st August 1907. Then in the 1911 census, Rowland has a stepdaughter called Norah Ellison Wilkinson, aged 10, so he could not have been her father, but obviously gave her his surname. In the 1901 census for John Lloyd Jones, there is a daughter called Nora Jones aged 1 year and 10 months. So I think that was because Annie was not married and so this child was given as if it was her parents John and Harriet's child. Possibly due to the feelings during that time, that it was shameful to have had children out of wedlock.
